Welcome to the Delaware Valley Reef Club Vendor registration page for our 2014 Frag Swap.

Tables are only available to DVRC Sponsors. If you wish to participate in the 2014 DVRC Frag Swap, you must sign up as a Sponsor. Sponsorship fee is $250 for the year payable as $125 cash / check, and $125 in Gift Cards. Sponsors must also offer a 20% discount to DVRC Paid Members.

If you are not currently a DVRC Sponsor a table will only be reserved in your name once we have received payment, no exceptions. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after we have received payment. Please be sure to include your name or your company’s name and your address with your payment.

All tables will include electric and two chairs for your convenience. There is only table space for commercial vendors. Vendor tables 4 foot long with a tank limit of no more then 40 gallons.

Please note that we also request in addition to the sponsorship fee that you donate a coral frag for our Raffle . There will be no night before set up. if you would like to stay the night there are several local hotels near by.

We will consider you a commercial vendor if any one of the following apply to you:
A brick and mortar aquarium store.
A website that sells corals, fish or aquarium supplies.

The DVRC reserves the right to decline Sponsors as it deems necessary for the good of the club.

Setup time at the swap will be 7am - 8am. You MUST be registered by 8am.
